Co se týče stravy byla jsem velmi spokojená.Byla velmi pestrá,nic nechybělo.Spousta ryb,zeleniny ovoce,takže bylo opravdu z čeho vybírat.

Personál velmi vstřícný.Byl opravdu profesionální.

Pláž
Co se týče pláže,byla nádherná,jen místy to bylo nebezpečné.Byly velké vlny ale za to CK nemuze.

Ubytování
I arrived by late night plane - got here, and had the key handed out. The sign in went all ok.

Went to the room, where was breathlessly I started the AC immediately, I looked around the pictures are for sure taken in a different lightning and different appartment, then I was staying in.

As it was pretty late and my flight took several hours all I needed to take a shower and went to bed.

Shower was size of telephone booth. Weak for 4 stars, the shower is moldy and the door cannot be opened properly.

Then when I pull the sheet off, are couple silverfish fleeing off the bed. I decided to pull everything off, and check everywhere for more. Displeased went to bed.

Meanwhile in the area where the pool is, there started some kind of show, and believe me when you super duper tired you don’t need drums and laud noise under your balcony. Some kind of shows - we’re out there every night (started around 9:30pm - ended Around midnight. And there is no other place to go for quiet sleep! Earplugs useless.

I decided to check up what was included in the "apartment style" room the next morning, and found out.. nothing - one a bottle of water and one glass, and that was it. There were not cutlery, no plates, no pans or anything like that, as was written.

Breakfast was okay, but after lunch and dinner I had diarrhoea and stomachache every time!!! So I didn’t go to every meal even I had prepaid all inclusive and tried to picked light diet food.

As for as that it surprised me because of some drinks (as a coffee ect you have to pay). Dinner never started at 7pm as it was told but always 1/2 hour late. As for as “snacks” - basicaly some bread with cheese - called pizza and dry cookies, time to time croasaint which didn’t looked fresh. Not what you expected in 4 stars hotel with All inclusive service. (At the day of departure was some more fresh looking bagles)

Some of the personal were nice, some of them didn’t even say hi. One of the security guy met me 2x in the town, and everytime he wanted to be touchy, tried to hold me and take me somewhere. Didn’t respect me, when I kept telling no. After I said: ok, I am gonna report you he stopped and walked away. I hate when someone doesn’t respect my boundaries.

As for as cleaning. Area around the pool was nice and tide……they really tried with the rooms but not enough. Left the dirty towels in the courner in the bathroom the whole week…..even i asked at the reception to take it away. Nothing happened.

Deffo not all inclusive service.

Randomly I spoke to other 2 couples about this service and we had agreement in 80% points.

Beaches were lovely.

Prostorné apartmány s klimatizací v obývacím pokoji, s dostatkem úložných prostorů, ledničkou, terasou v přízemí nebo balkónem v patře, společným bazénem a lehátky,

Strava
Celkem pestrá, ale chuťově nevýrazná. Jídla měla i české popisky.

Služby hotelu
Klienti hotelu byli převážně Italové, Portugalci, ale z velké části i Češi, přesto byli večerní animační programy moderovány pouze pro italskou a portugalskou klientelu.

Pláž
Nádherná tyrkisově modrá pláž, vítr, vlny tak akorát, dostatek lehátek, v rámci All inclusive bar na pláži s omezenou nabídkou alko i nealko nápojů.
